Building 3 will be the fourth on-site building for the Barry Farm Redevelopment Project. It will be a multi-family building with 124 units. Additionally, Building 3 will have 8,100 sf of retail space on Firth Sterling, and will feature multiple live-work units for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Building 3 will also have 40 replacement units for residents returning to Barry Farm.
