Building 4 will be the fifth on-site building for the Barry Farm Redevelopment Project. It will be a multi-family building with 126 units. Additionally, Building 4 will have 11,600 sf of retail space on the ground level, and will feature multiple live-work units for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Building 4 will also have 40 replacement units for residents returning to Barry Farm.
